Enoxa – a new low molecular weight heparin

Enoxa – sodic enoxaparine is a low molecular weight heparin presented in different dosages:
 
Enoxa 2000UI
Enoxa 4000UI
Enoxa 6000UI
Enoxa 8000UI
 In boxes containing 2 pre-filled syringes, available in pharmacies and in hospital.
 
Enoxa therapeutic indications are:
 
Enoxa 2000UI anti-Xa/0.2ml and Enoxa 4000UI anti-Xa/0.4ml:
 
-         Prophylactic treatment of venous thrombo-embolic disease in surgery, in high or moderate risk situations.
-         Prevention of coagulation in the extra-corporal circulation circuit in course of hemodialysis.
-         Prophylactic prevention of deep venous thrombosis in confined to bed patients during acute diseases: - heart failure NYHA III or IV stages
                                - Acute respiratory insufficiency
                                - Acute infection episode or rheumatologic affection associated to, at least, one other venous thrombo-embolic risk factor.
 
Enoxa 6000UI anti-Xa/0.6ml and Enoxa 8000UI anti-Xa/0.8ml:
 
-         Curative treatment of constituted deep venous thrombosis.
-         Treatment of unstable angina and of myocardial infarction without Q wave during acute stage and associated to aspirin.
